Brian served in Caterpillar, the world’s leading producer of construction & mining equipment, for more than 3 decades. He assumed several significant positions in Caterpillar, including Corporate Public Affairs, Manufacturing, Sales, Logistics, and Strategic Talent & Management.
The exposure he gained from working in various departments serve him a great edge and pitch in him to locate incompetence in the company process and talent development.
Brian also assisted Caterpillar in developing the patent-pending Cultural Assessment Process (CAP). And actively played his role in the redesign of the global Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) process and the launch of their Corporate Values.
Caterpillar’s highly successful global Employee Engagement strategy was also designed and executed with the major help of Brian.
It made him realized that such issues are not just confined to Caterpillars. Till today, Brian has given OE/OD consulting services to almost 200 locations around the world.
