Curtis Weber understands that you must change behavior to improve the safety culture and offers his personal journey as a way to get that point across to audiences in keynote addresses.
He was electrocuted by a power line while working construction when he was 17 years old. The accident left him with severe burns over more than 60 percent of his body. Now a double amputee, Curtis has learned to triumph over tragedy.
His commitment is to develop and improve workplace safety culture and shares that with organizations across North America. He provides a needs assessment of each client and develops a presentation based on messaging needed for that audience.
Curtis had a six-year recovery and doctors state his positive attitude has accomplished much in that time. He has practical skills as a safety officer and trainer, an incredible stage presence and a speaking style that inspires change.
