Experience of Yan Markson
Yan began performing at a very young age in a Russian circus school founded by the Kantemirv Dynasty as a clown, acrobat, and magician. As a young performer Yan has worked in Theaters, Comedy Clubs, Schools, Street Festivals, Parks, Shopping Malls, Trade Shows, Conferences, Promotional Events, Churches, Synagogues, Restaurants, Bars, thousands of people’s homes. In 2006 Yan became one of the starring clown characters for 2 seasons of the show “Cirque Avaia” (Awarded best new show of 2007 by the New York Times). In 2008, Yan was one of the creators of “Booff Show” a comedy show performing across Canada at a variety of venues such as Canada’s Wonderland, Royal Ontario Museum, and Michael J Fox Theater. In 2010, Yan Markson began focusing on solely Magic and in particular Mentalism & Mind Reading effects, and in 2013 launched his first mind reading show: “ExperiMentalism”.

His performances are always energetic, interactive, and inspiring. In the past several years Yan has worked across Canada at Cirque Avaia, the 2010 Olympic Games, as well as hundreds of the top companies in North America, in Las Vegas on Penn & Teller’s TV Show “Fool Us”.
