Identify Your Superpower & Transform Your Life

Keith didn’t ask for 50% of his face to be burned as a toddler. It was a horrific event that happened in his life, but he doesn’t let it define him. Instead, he uses the pain and recovery process he went through as his superpower-an opportunity to inspire and motivate others while finding their path in life.

During this presentation, Keith outlines helpful techniques and relates stories that illustrate how people can find strength in adversity, overcome trials, identify their own superpower, and transform their lives-no matter what trauma they have survived.

By the end of the presentation, audiences will be able to:

  • Identify their own superpower.
  • Apply essential techniques to achieve success in life.
  • Understand how to use Keith’s life C.O.D.E. (Courage, Optimism, Determination, and Encouragement) to start transforming their lives.
  • Keith is a gifted speaker, and this presentation will change the lives of those struggling to overcome adversity.

From Victim to Victor!

Some of life’s lessons are taught through the consequences of our own actions, and some lessons come from surviving the abusive actions of others. Adversity is inevitable, and it can come in varying degrees of severity. But, here is the most important thing to remember: adversity doesn’t define us. What defines us is how we choose to respond to adversity.

In this presentation, Keith teaches others to become who they want to be, regardless of the circumstances of their lives. By empowering others through his C.O.D.E. (Courage, Optimism, Determination, and Encouragement), he helps others reinvent themselves.

By the end of the presentation, audiences will be able to:

  • Measure personal experiences of harsh adversity for themselves and others around them.
  • Evaluate responses to adversity to become more resilient and to stop defining themselves by adversity.
  • Identify techniques that will help them reinvent themselves.
  • Lead their lives with power by following his C.O.D.E. (Courage,
  • Optimism, Determination, and Encouragement).

Living in Sobriety – Overcoming Substance Abuse

Keith began abusing alcohol at the age of 13 as a way to mask his pain. His reliance on alcohol continued until he finally faced his problem head-on at the age of 35.

After years of self-destructive behavior, hurting others, and numerous run-ins with the law, Keith was finally able to apply each of the 12 steps of recovery into his daily life and has developed a C.O.D.E. (Courage, Optimism, Determination, and Encouragement) by which to live his life.

During this presentation, Keith draws upon personal experience to help others recognize the harmful emotions that keep addicts trapped in a cycle of guilt and shame. He then provides tools to teach others how to start the addiction recovery process.

By the end of the presentation, audiences will be able to:

  • Evaluate stories of the pain caused by substance abuse and how it can hurt others.
  • Identify ways to face guilt and shame associated with substance abuse when things don’t go as planned.
  • Summarize how to get substance abuse help for themselves or others in their organization.
  • List steps on how to create a culture of safety and caring for others while recovering from substance abuse.
