Gary comes with more than 34 years as a special education teacher. For over 20 years he has advocated and demonstrated brain-based teaching and learning strategies as a revolutionary approach to the challenges in education today.
Gary provides public workshops in the new emerging field of Applied Educational Neuroscience. He teaches practical, and meaningful information that can be used immediately in any work or life situation. He wants people to know how to care for their brains over their lives.
Gary is the author of four books called The Brain Coach Guides. They cover an entire lifetime from birth into old age — child’s brain, teenage brain, adult brain and senior brain. These are practical resource books that are easy to read and non-technical.
