Leadership comes in many forms. In the family, a father is considered the leader of the home; in team sports, the captain or skipper is considered the leader of the team; while the CEO or manager is considered the leader in a company or organizations. The leaders in all three examples have something in common, which is that they guide, manage, and direct others to accomplish different tasks. In the case of the father, his work is to ensure everybody is taken care of in the family financially and otherwise. That of the captain of a team sport is to ensure the other members of his or her team effectively carry out their jobs, and the team wins every match they play. While the job of the CEO or manager is to ensure all employees do their jobs properly and the company is always making a profit.

Quick View"Danny's presentation to United Rentals and our customers at the Total Control Conference in Dallas was uplifting, entertaining and enlightening. His topic was so refreshing, and one that should be shared with all! Danny was able to expertly share his life experiences while weaving them into and supporting the conference's theme and objectives. He interacted with his audience throughout which cemented them to him more quickly and effectively than I've ever seen. He presented in a manner that was both humorous and entertaining, while still getting his message across to the entire audience. That's a hard combination to achieve, but he did it with style and grace. I can't emphasize enough how accommodating and approachable he was while preparing for and executing our event. He would be a huge asset to ANY group who is looking for an amazing, one-of-a-kind speaker. His ability to connect to a wide scope of personalities, cultures, and ages is a true gift!" - Jeff Rush, Director, Managed Services, United Rentals
“David speaks to business, but you get the feeling that he is really speaking to society – we need more accountability and authenticity. It is easy to see his personal commitment to these two principles. His message is very simple, almost intuitive, but so valuable in today’s world where we often look to somebody else to solve our problems for us. Many of us think of accountability and think of blame, of the negative side. David helps us see that it is something to get enthusiastic about. Our work with David has helped shape our leaders and impact our culture.”
