Hockey leader Trevor Linden focuses on promoting high-performance and fitness in his keynote speeches. He spent 20 seasons in the NHL from 1988 to 2007, with most of those with the Vancouver Canucks. He was known as “Captain Canuck.”
He became team captain young, at 21, and became a leader both on and off the ice. He retired in 2008 and took his mindset and leadership into the business world. Trevor remains a respected athlete and enjoys cycling and cross-country skiing as he’s participated in international races for both.
