Leadership comes in many forms. In the family, a father is considered the leader of the home; in team sports, the captain or skipper is considered the leader of the team; while the CEO or manager is considered the leader in a company or organizations. The leaders in all three examples have something in common, which is that they guide, manage, and direct others to accomplish different tasks. In the case of the father, his work is to ensure everybody is taken care of in the family financially and otherwise. That of the captain of a team sport is to ensure the other members of his or her team effectively carry out their jobs, and the team wins every match they play. While the job of the CEO or manager is to ensure all employees do their jobs properly and the company is always making a profit.

"Please feel free to use this letter as a reference with any of your potential clients. Any corporation or organization that is going through a tough period would be wise to consider allowing you to spend a few minutes telling your story. I know it made a difference for us at Coca-Cola just by listening to the buzz at the conclusion of the meeting."Coca-Cola
"I wanted to share the fantastic feedback we've received from Cy's programs over the years. I am grateful for the passion that she brings to her presentations and for the experience that those attending (including myself) are able to take away from her sessions. Cy's presentations are some of the highest rated Executive Programs we've had at the Center since 2010, and Wow...she just gets better and better each time!"

"I cannot thank you enough for delivering what will go down as the very best Keynote speech in the history of the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. Your presentation "Successful to Significant - Leadership In Managing Change" exceeded my wildest expectations. Early on you recited the objectives of our Society verbatim, leading several members to wonder where the teleprompter was! You really tapped into the culture of our organization and delivered a speech that spoke to our surgeons and spouses, those new to the practice and those retired as well. I appreciated our conference call ahead of the meeting so that you were able to personalize the talk. Most importantly you did exactly what was asked of you - deliver a speech that would bring both laughter and tears. We left the meeting better as individuals and as a group."FACS Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons
