“My wife was only 29 years old when they were preparing her for my death or vegetative state at the very least.”
On September 2019, at 11 am Tiffany received the call no wife wants to hear. Her husband was critically injured on the job and was trauma-hawked off the site. On day 9, John woke from his coma as a 3rd & 4th degree electrical burn survivor along with a traumatic brain injury. John was a Rock Miner in Florida, a career he took pride in when he was electrocuted by 4,160 volts of electricity to the top of his head while working on heavy machinery.
Together The Pendleton’s are sharing their story around the world to remind blue-collar workers through John’s eye-opening and impactful visual appearance that “You can never be too safe” no matter the trade or industry you’re in!
